About us

More than a padel club. A community for everyone.

West of Scotland Padel (WoSP) is a registered Scottish charity based in Stevenston, North Ayrshire, making sport affordable, accessible and welcoming to all.

Who we are

We believe everyone deserves the chance to enjoy sport, improve their health and wellbeing, make friendships and feel part of a community, regardless of age, ability, background or financial circumstances.

We are a not-for-profit club, run entirely by volunteers and committed to making padel accessible to as many people as possible. With three high-quality indoor courts, affordable memberships and a welcoming community, we offer something for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced players.

As an LTA Approved Venue, we are proud to provide excellent facilities for recreational and competitive padel.

Come for the padel. Stay for the community.

We reinvest our income into our facilities, activities and charitable objectives.

How we’re run

West of Scotland Padel is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees and supported by members who generously give their time and skills. Our volunteers maintain the facilities, organise activities, welcome new players and support our charitable work.

We are a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), Scottish Charity No. SC048215, regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). Our entry on the Scottish Charity Register, including our trustees and annual accounts, is public.

Supporting our community

We want our impact to reach far beyond our courts. We are committed to supporting children, young people, older adults and people who face financial or social barriers to taking part in sport.

We work with local partners and community organisations to improve physical health, mental wellbeing and social inclusion, and to protect affordable access to padel for future generations.
